The campaign sponsor Purina Pro Plan pays for the food. Participants do not buy anything, pay anything, or send a monetary donation.
Campaign period and food allocation
The campaign starts on 1 November 2026 at 00:00 Czech time and runs until all 2027 windows are opened, but no later than 31 January 2027. The campaign ends definitively on that date, and the food will be distributed among participating organizations as decided by the board of Nadační fond Slza zvířat. The organizer may postpone the campaign in case of technical problems and will announce any change on this page.
Food allocation
Each window represents 1 kg of quality premium Pro Plan food for the organization selected when it is opened. The overview records allocated support; it does not confirm that an organization has physically received the food.
Limits, messages and certificate
A maximum of five windows may be opened from one public IP address in any rolling seven-day period. Devices sharing the same public IP share this limit. Changing networks may change the IP address; an IP address does not verify a person’s identity. Participants must provide their first name, surname and email. An optional message to the selected organization may contain up to 500 characters. Each email address may be used only once in the campaign.
Inappropriate messages and repeated attempts
Participants are given three opportunities to revise an inappropriate message. If the third correction still contains insulting or obscene language or unsupported emojis, the form will not be sent, the window will remain closed, and the IP address and email used will be blocked for 24 hours. An administrator can lift the IP block.
Public messages and privacy
If a participant adds a message and expressly agrees to its publication, it will appear at the bottom of the page with the window number and organization name. Only the first name and the initial of the surname will be shown, for example Jiřina D. The message will also appear on the certificate. The email address is never shown publicly. Previously private messages will not be published. Do not include sensitive or contact details.
Certificate of support
The participant will receive a certificate by email. A certificate with a generation error is considered valid for this campaign if it clearly shows the selected organization, its 1 kg of food, and the window number.
Prize conditions
Sharing the certificate image on Facebook or Instagram is required only to qualify for a possible prize. Opening a window and allocating food to an organization do not depend on sharing. The closing video will be available only after all 2027 windows have been opened.
Draw for five winners
Once all windows are open, a Purina representative will draw five different numbers of opened windows in a one-time draw. Each opened window has one chance. The same email address and the same first-and-surname combination may win only once during the campaign. After a winning window is drawn, all windows with the same email address or name are excluded from further draws. Changes in capitalization, Czech diacritics, or extra spaces do not create another entitlement to a prize.
Gift packages and prize delivery
There is no legal entitlement to a gift from Purina (the Pro Plan brand). Winners agree to be photographed with the prize; the photo will subsequently be published and Nadační fond Slza zvířat and Purina will be tagged. To receive a Pro Plan gift package, the winner must share the certificate image for the drawn window on Facebook or Instagram. The organizer will contact the winner by email and verify the post using a link or screenshot before handing over the prize. Clicking a share button alone does not prove publication; the prize will not be handed over without proof. Purina will ship prizes to delivery addresses in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia. If a winner is under 18, the prize will be addressed to their legal guardian. Facebook, Instagram and YouTube do not administer or sponsor this campaign.
Technical problems and changes
In case of technical problems, Nadační fond Slza zvířat reserves the right to change, postpone, or end the campaign. If the campaign ends for technical reasons, participating organizations do not automatically acquire a right or claim to food. In that case, the board of Nadační fond Slza zvířat will distribute the food at its discretion. Changes, postponements, or termination will be announced on this page.
How we use your data
Name and email are used to record participation, create and send the certificate, and administer the prize draw. Publicly displayed are opened window numbers, messages expressly approved for publication with first name and surname initial, and each organization’s kilogram totals; full names and email addresses are not published. For the weekly limit, the campaign database stores a cryptographic IP fingerprint, not the readable IP address. For email blocks, it stores a cryptographic fingerprint of the address, not the address in readable form. Hosting logs may separately contain IP addresses. The organizer and technical hosting and email providers can access the data. The data are not used for marketing. Participation and prize data are kept during the campaign and for no longer than six months after the draw, unless another reason requires longer retention. You can request access, correction or deletion and exercise other rights at info@slzazvirat.cz. Further information is available in the privacy notice. The page uses a necessary session cookie for form security. The k27_language preference cookie remembers the selected language for up to one year. The YouTube player loads after all windows are open; its preview image may load from YouTube earlier. To detect repeated inappropriate messages, we also store a cryptographic fingerprint of the IP address, not the readable address; after three failed checks it is used for a temporary 24-hour block. To prevent duplicate likes, we store a cryptographic fingerprint of the session identifier with each like, not the identifier itself. The selected language is also stored so the certificate can be generated in the same language.
